Experts hired by police finished psych examines on all the suspects in the murders of French tourists...Cassandre Bouvier, 29 and Houria Moumnie, 23, last July in Salta.
Their results are not surprising.
Gustavo Lasi and Daniel Vilte Laxe were both described as “psychotic”.
Lasi was described as “a psychopath, cold, manipulative.”
Forensics indicate that only Lasi and Vera raped Bouvier and Moumnie...and not the third suspect, Santos Vera.
