Argentina's economy has been humming along.
But there is still one huge overhang before Buenos Aires can rejoin the credit markets...$9 billion owed to the Paris Club...remaining from the 2001/02 crisis.
The Paris Club wants Argentina to repay the defaulted debt within three years...with a big initial payment reports the newspaper LA NACION.
The newspaper claims there has been little progress so far on that agreement.
