AZERBAIJAN: Activists Arrested After Facebook Calls For Demonstrations.

    After posts appeared on Facebook to take part in a 11 March anti-government demonstrations in Azerbaijan, authorities there arrested political activists ahead of the protests.
   The oil-rich former Soviet republic tightly controls political activity and the media.
   Police claim the young men were detained for charges like draft-dodging and offending the public order.
