Students ended their 23-day hunger strike after reaching a agreement for the release of seven political prisoners.
But, so far, only one has been relased.
Parliament member Biagio Pilieri was given a conditional release from house arrest. Under Venezuelan law, congressmen are supposed to have immunity from prosecution by the government.
"Today we are completing 23 days since we started a promise we made to fight for liberty and democracy, and for those who fiind themselves behind bars for thinking differently than this regime," said leader Lorent Saleh, 22.
At least 82 students engaged in hunger strikes across the country.
In Caracas, 29 were camped in front of the OAS with others in front of the Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru and Brasil embassies.
Yesterday, four strikers, including Saleh, fainted from the strike.
That same day, a small group of Chavez backers set up a barbecue in front of a dozen hunger-strikers camped there to taunt the weak and hungry students.
