C.REPORTS/ DEA agents seized a mammoth 100 foot(33-meter) twin-screw diesel submarine at a jungle shipyard in Ecuador. This sub marks a quantum leap in drug-smuggling evasion technology. "It is the first fully functional, completely submersible submarine for transoceanic voyages that we have ever found," said agent Jay Bergman.
