TELEGRAPH.UK/ Poland's Interior Minister Jerzy Miller is partly blaming beavers for the disasterous flooding that has killed at least 15 people and caused nearly $3 billion in damage. Miller claims the estimated 50,000 animals tunnel through vital levees protecting the cities. Also accused are water voles.
