BOLIVIA: Morales' New Law Permits Ousting Opponents.

BLOOMBRG/       Bolivian President Evo Morales has signed a law allowing him to suspend opponents from office if they’re ACCUSED of a crime. Three of Bolivia's nine new governors oppose Morales and currently face charges brought by the government. The new governors will be sworn in by Morales on 30 May in Sucre.
