LAHT/ Two graduate engineering students at highly respected Monterrey Tech University were killed by mistake early Friday by troops in pursuit of suspected drug gunmen. The two were identified as Jorge Antonio Mercado Alonso and Javier Francisco Arredondo Verdugo.
