CHILE: Virtual Dead Heat In Presidential Run-Off.

A new poll of 1,200 people shows conservative billionaire Sebastian Piñera and center-left former head of state Eduardo Frei tied going into this weekend's presidential runoff. Piñera led with 40.8% approval while 39.4 % supported Frei.
