Blocking streets is favorite way to complain in Argentina. In the last 13 years, there have been an estimated 17,417 roadblocks there. During the financial crisis, they've returned in a big way. In the first nine months of 2009, there were 2,050 roadblocks, or about 228 per month, making it likely to pass 2002.
