Romanian Prime Minister Names Interim Cabinet.

Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc named an interim Cabinet to lead the country until a presidential election on November 22.
Nine members of the Social Democratic Party quit the governing coalition to protest the firing of Interior Minister Dan Nica.
