Former Brasilian central banker Arminio Fraga told a local newspaper that the rally in the Bovespa index may turn into "a bubble."
“It’s a bit startling, because if we continue at this pace, it could turn into a bubble again,” Fraga, currently the chairman of BM&FBovespa SA, told Estado.
