POLAND : CBank Makes Surprise Rate Cut...To Record Low 3%.
Warsaw's central bank surprised many as it dropped its benchmark interest rate by 25 bps...to 3%...a record low.
The CBank noted that Poland's inflation slowed to its weakest level in more than 6 years...and manufacturing plummeted to a 45 month low.
