BOLIVIA : 7 Dead, 23 Injured In Tupiza Bus Accident.


     At least 7 people died...and 23 injured when a bus traveling from Cochabamba to Villazon overturned near Tupiza.
     Police speculate the driver was speeding.
     In January alone...100 were killed...and 303 injured in Bolivian bus accidents.
    Officials say they will increase punishments for transport companies.
