BOLIVIA : 2 Buses Collide...Killing 17...Injuring 34 Near Taperas.

      Another tragic bus accident in Bolivia...the 3rd in 3 days.
     This time...2 buses collided on a new highway at Taperas...near Brasil's border...killing at least 17...and injuring 34.
