       Protests continued by angry street vendors Tuesday...after 39 were arrested during Monday's rioting.

       Police used tear gas and water cannons to disperse protesters who smashed store windows.
       Small protests were again held downtown...and at several metro stops.
       Vendors are mad over city vending regulations.
