President Hugo Chavez is usually blasting the wealthy.
With only a narrowing lead in the approaching 7 October presidential election...he is now wooing them.
And...for extra measure...also scaring them...warning of a 'civil war'...if his younger opponent Henrique Capriles wins.
Chavez continues to play a nasty game...insulting his opponent...never using his name... but instead referring to Capriles...only as a majunche/loser.
