BRASIL / USA : Appeals Court Punishes Chevron, Transocean With 30 Day Halt...Or Face $250 Million Daily Fines.

      More expensive fallout from Chevron/Transocean's November 2011...3,700 bbl oil spill...off Rio's coast in the Frade field.
     A Brasil appeals court issued a 30-day halt for Chevron and Transocean on all oil transportation and production...or face $250 million DAILY fines.
     Transocean currently operates 10 Brasil rigs...and said it would use all legal means to fight the halt.
