RUSSIA : Wanted For 15 Years...Cop Turned Serial Killer...Caught In Vladivostok.

      A former cop, 48...who allegedly murdered 29 Russian women...has finally been caught in Vladivostok... after 15 years.
     Named only as Mikhail P...the Siberian police officer allegedly beheaded his victims...and had sex with the corpses.
