      Impeachment...is in the air.
      First...in distant Paraguay.
      Now...in Romania....where the majority coalition has voted to impeach President Traian Basescu.
     He is suspended for 30 days...until the impeachment is approved...by a referendum.
     Of course...it's all nasty politics.
     New PM Victor Ponta has been under pressure to resign lately...over allegations of  plagiarism...that he claims are choreographed by Basescu.
