That's the plea from troubled Spain's Treasury Minister Cristobal Montoro (foto)...as Madrid's borrowing costs soar...and investors balk...as it tries to recapitalize real estate troubled banks.
Madrid claims it needs...ONLY E40 billion...'not astronomical figures' ...to do the job.
Spain's 10 year bond rates have actually declined a bit...to 6.31%...from 6.66% last week... but are still regarded as unsustainable.
Overall...Madrid owes about E800 billion.
