SERBIA : CBank Raises Benchmark 50 Bps...To 10%.

      For the first time in over a year...the central bank raised the interest rate...to fight inflation...and bolster its currency...the dinar.
     The new benchmark is 10%...a 50 basis increase.
     The dinar has weakened by 10% vs the euro in 2012.
