SERBIA : Tadic Steps Down Early...For Another Presidential Run.

     Popular pol...President Boris Tadic...resigned 8 months early...so he can run again for the presidency.
    Tadic's probable challenger is Tomislav Nikolic.
    Tadic has twice beaten Nikolic in presidential elections.
