      In a regional drug meeting...Guatemala's new 'strong hand' ex-general President Otto Perez Molina (foto) floated the idea that the USA...and other 'consumer countries'...pay 50% of the value of drug seizures.
    Perez Molina said: "For every kilo of cocaine that is seized, we want to be compensated 50% by the consumer countries."
     Costa Rican President Laura Chinchilla (foto) and Panama's president agreed with the proposal.
