PANAMA : Noriega Hospitalized Again; Has Brain Tumor.

      Ex-dictator Manuel Noriega has returned to the hospital...suffering from flu, fever and high blood pressure...and now diagnosed with a brain tumor.
     Noriega, 78... is serving 20 years for crimes committed during his 6 year rule...including murders.
     Authorities are calling the visit... a 'routine check-up.'
