BRASIL: Sao Paulo Truckers Strike Empties Gas Pumps.

      After 2 days of a strike by truckers...many of Sao Paulo's 2,000 gas pumps are empty.
       800 fuel truckers are protesting new central city rush hour driving restrictions in the city of 11 million...7 million vehicles...and notorious congestion.
