Mexico : In 2011...Almost 12,600 Died From Narco Violence.

     Mexico's media report that in 2011...almost 12,600 people...died from drug-related violence...or almost 35 per day.
    Also that...nearly 50,000 have been killed since President Felipe Calderon's drug crackdown began in December 2006.
    Beheadings increased to almost 600...with more than 1,000 reported cases of torture.
