Plus...Obama's loosened restrictions allow more Cuban-Americans to visit the isla.
It all adds up to possibly Cuba's best tourism season ever...with tight accommodations...all across the island.
In 2011...Cuba saw a record 2.7 mn visitors.
It also makes things tougher for Canadians...Cuban regulars for decades.
