Mexican intelligence officials foiled a plot to smuggle in dead former Libyan dictator Muammar Qaddafi's son Al-Saadi...and hide him near Puerto Vallarta.
An intelligence operation revealed that al-Saadi, 38, and 3 family members had counterfeit documents to enter Mexico, open bank accounts and purchase land near PV.
At least one Canadian was involved in the plot.
