     President Rafael Correa has dispatched a massive build-up of troops...10,000...to its border with Colombia...over 'most grave' security concerns...posed by paramilitary groups and FARC rebels. 
    Recently...5 FARC rebels there were captured...carrying 200 kgs of explosives.
