GUATEMALA : "Mano Dura" Gen. Perez Molina Leads In Presidential Run-Off.

     Conservative ex-general Otto Pérez Molina...who has pledged to slow violence and drug with a mano dura/ iron fist...leads centrist Manuel Baldizón...by 17%...for Sunday's presidential run-off election.
     Guatemala has a murder rate of 45 per 100,000...almost twice Rio de Janero's...and many brutal narcos have infiltrated the nation...especially in its remote Peten region.
