PERU : Humala Approves Indigena Lands Consultation Law.

     New President Ollanta Humala (above) is doing what his predecessor Alan Garcia refused to do.
     Humala approved a law giving indigena people the right to be consulted about land development.
     He signed the law in the same Amazon town where in 2009...more than 30 indigena were killed protesting oil and mining projects.
