In Brasil...officially...there are no...terrorists.
Yet a WikiLeaks cable from a USA diplomat in August 2009 said: " In reality, several Islamic groups with known or suspected ties to extremist organizations have branches in Brazil and are suspected of carrying out financing activities."
Brasil does not recognize Hezbollah, Hamas or even the FARC as terrorist organizations.
And...as the 10th anniversary of 9/11 approaches, the apparent absence of political will to act against terrorism frustrates the USA.
