VENEZUELA : Anger Growing Over Chavez's Failing Barrio Clinics And Health System.

     Begun in 2003 with great fanfare and promise...President Hugo Chavez's "Barrio Adentro" health clinics...indeed...the nation's entire health care system is instead causing frustration...with long waits at crumbling hospitals and shortages of basic medicines and supplies.
     Already 2,000 of 6,700 "Barrio Adentro" clinics...manned by Cuban medicos...have been abandoned.
