COLOMBIA: Ex-Miss Colombia Valerie Dominguez Charged With Embezzling $1.5 Million.

     A former Miss Colombia, Valerie Dominguez, was charged with fraud for receiving $1.5m in government subsidies meant for poor farmers.
     Prosecutors say she signed a false document.
     Dominguez and her in-law family returned the money.
