     Former Serb Commander Goran Hadzic, 52, the last top fugitive...on the run since 2004...for killing hundreds of Croats in the former Yugoslavia...was finally arrested in the Fruska Gora region northwest of Belgrade by state security agents.
    He faces 14 counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity at The Hague.
    Officials say the attempt to sell a real or fake Modigliani painting...may have led to Hadzic's capture.
