BRASIL / VENEZUELA: Dilma Offers Hugo Her Best Cancer Specialists.

President Dilma Rousseff, who was treated in 2009 for lymphoma cancer, has offered to send President Hugo Chavez her nation's top cancer specialists.


On Friday, the WSJ quoted experts who speculated that Chavez was most likely suffering from colon cancer.
