PERU: 3 Dead, 30 Injured In Student Clash With Police In Huancavelica.

Three people died...with at least 30 injured...in clashes between students and police over plans for a new university in the city of Huancavelica.

Students claim a new university there will harm an existing one...by diverting limited resources.

Angry students earlier torched three regional government offices.
