Colombia is currently training thousands of Mexican police and soldiers to combat the narco terrorists that plague that nation.
Most training occurs in Mexico. But more are also traveling to Colombia.
"The American military can indirectly do a lot more through the Colombians than they politically would be able to do directly," said expert Roderic Ai Camp.
