Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski (pictured on R) says that a ‘reliable source’ told him that Alexander Lukashenko won because with falsified ballots.
Sikorski called results showing Lukashenko with 80 percent of the vote forged.
Sikorski said he believed that Lukashenko’s vote share was well below the 50 percent, which would have necessitated a second round in the election.
