MEXICO: Dealing With Winter Cold; No Central Heat, No Problem.

    Almost every building in Mexico City, DF, with its 20 million people and high altitude, lacks central heating.
   Since concrete is the major building material, winter indoors is a very chilly experience.
    But its residents, called Chilangos, cope and even embrace the cold.
