ARGENTINA/ PARAGUAY: 1st UPDATE: WikiLeak Shows U.S. "Obsessed" With Kirchners; Also Embassy Spying Concerns In Asuncion.

    A profile prepared for Secretary of State Hilary Clinton and released among the 250,000 WikiLeak cables examines the Kirchner's dynamics and other Latin American leaders.
       It revealed that deceased former president Nestor Kirchner suffered from high blood pressure and other problems and that Cristina has long suffered from bi-polar disorder and needs lithium.
      The US embassy also reported that couple has not changed much in the last few years, that ‘they have always been acid, extremely thin-skinned and intolerant of perceived criticism, impermeable to advice and paranoiac about power. It has been so during these last six years in office and they continue in Casa Rosada”.
