   During a soccer match in La Paz's newly remodeled Zapata stadium, President Evo Morales' team Movimiento Al Socialismo played "Movement Without Fear team.
  During play, Daniel Gustavo Cartagena committed a hard foul against Morales kicking him in the shin.
  Morales (#10 in green) reacted by kneeing Cartagena hard--- in the testicles.
