BLOOM/ Venezuela has angrily rejected charges that it’s protecting rebel FARC leaders and is recalling its ambassador to Bogota for consultations. It also claims that it would expel any FARC members located in Venezuela.
“Venezuela rejects this new attack by outgoing President Uribe in his desire to completely destroy bilateral relations, which he has attempted to do with a sick obsession in recent years,” the Foreign Ministry said.
