SEAN CARNEY/ With 5 B&W Fotos/ After recent national elections added the most women to the legislature in the nation's history, the Public Affairs Party is pushing a 2011 calendar that features somewhat racy photos of its leading female members and is stirring controversy. There are 44 female members in the 200-person lower house of the parliament. "Women's political influence is growing. Why not show we are women who aren't afraid of being sexy?" says Marketa Reedova, a 42-year-old Prague city councilwoman now running for mayor who also appears in the calendar. "Czechs are open-minded." But human resource manager Zuzana Graczova believes the calendar women "should be presenting themselves by showing what they want to achieve, not by showing off their looks."
