PEREZ HILTON/UPDATE/ 18Abril/   If true, good news for Luis Mi, family and fans!  Celebrity gossip Perez Hilton is reporting that guapo Mexican singer Luis Miguel, 40, is now recovering at home after fighting that serious infection in an LA hospital. Perez speculates that Luis Mi was getting routine lipo work when a bacterial infection spread to his organs and his lungs.Luis Mi's 40th birthday is...tomorrow!
