VENEZUELA: Chavez Abruptly Suspends Rolling Blackouts After One Day.

President Hugo Chavez sacked energy minister Angel Rodriguez after two months on the job and suspended rolling blackouts in Caracas after only one day saying that officials imposed a rationing plan riddled with mistakes.
