PERU / USA : 28 Feb UPDATE: Missing American Couple...Feared Kidnapped In Cuzco...Is Found Safe.

       Peru's Tourist minister reports that 2 American biking enthusiasts...who disappeared after getting on a bus in Cuzco headed for Lima...and hadn't been heard from since 25 January...have been found safe.
      They reportedly were travelling on a boat on the Navos River in Ecuador's Amazon region.
      The San Francisco Bay couple...Jamie Neal, 27...and boyfriend Garrett Hand, 25...ceased posting any fotos or updates on their Facebook accounts for 4 weeks....worrying friends and relatives.

     The USA had recently warned of possible narco kidnappings of Americans in the tourist rich Cuzco area.
