     Yesterday...he called the spread between German and Italian bonds...'a scam'...and claimed PM Monti has made the economy worse...with 'German-centric policies.'

     But...Ruby the Heart Stealer...the chief witness against slippery Silvio...in his infamous Bunga-Bunga party trial in Milano...disappeared.
     Even her own lawyer didn't know where Ruby...Karima El Mahroug, 19...had gone.
    A judge ordered an international police search for her.
    Today...it was revealed that she is somewhere in Mexico.
