What were they thinking at Antwerp's City Hall...when they allowed 'artist' Jan Fabre to stage a performance...seen online...throwing several screaming cats up a flight of stairs?
After the performance...Fabre was deluged with over 20,000 complaints...and has even been physically attacked 7 times.
He has also been forced to move where he sleeps every night.
Fabre claims the 'cats are fine'...if traumatized...because some landed badly on minimal padding.
